Today’s focus is on stability and moving mindfully to build strength and tone in your core, glutes and back. It is a low-impact challenging workout and I could definitely feel it the next day! This workout can be done anywhere and doesn’t require any equipment. Listen to my cues, focus on your breath and aim to maintain a connection with your ‘powerhouse’ aka your core, throughout.
