Together we are going to spend the next 25 minutes moving our bodies with the emphasis upon spine and hip mobility. Your hamstrings will feel lengthened, and we will release tension and tightness throughout your body. Feel yourself grow taller as we rotate, move and stretch. No equipment is required.
