Sometimes we know we need to move, we feel stiff in our joints and our muscles are tight, but we are short on time, and we’re not sure which movements our body needs or what to do.
Here’s the perfect fix…. Allow yourself 20 minutes or so …. Grab a mat or a towel and join me. We’ll focus on your spine, hips and hamstrings ….. Your body will love it 😍 your mind will feel calm.
