What are your obliques?? When we talk about our Obliques we are referring to muscles on the side of the upper body that help to assist in turning the body from side to side. You’ll have heard people refer to their “love handles”?? This is the area in which they sit & in which people work so hard to eradicate. When we work our obliques we are working into the muscles on the side of our torso. Strong obliques help us to stay balanced and aid good posture. In the 20-minute workout we’ll look to connect with your obliques to build strength, awareness and mobility.
