I deliberately kept this workout short in the hope that this workout can be squeezed in before a run to activate your glutes. It can indeed be done and enjoyed anytime, regardless of whether you are a runner.
π₯π₯π₯this is how I would describe the feeling in my glutes after I had filmed this workout. Give yourself just ten minutes to work efficiently and effectively to fire up your glutes, building strength & connection.
Itβs a great workout to do anytime but especially before a run to really activate your glutes. Give it a try, and let me know how it goes x
