Pilates Glutes and Thigh Home Workout

Roll out your mat and let’s get started. No equipment required. We will work through a range of exercises that will tone & build strength in your glute and thigh muscles. Each Pilates exercises requires a mind body connection which can have a wonderful calming effect. We will focus on creating stability in your centre, using our core to create that control and I know you’d be disappointed if I didn’t keep reminding you throughout the workout!
