This workout challenged my balance, greatly I could feel the need to breath with each movement, to engage my core and keep the movements slow and controlled.
Considering the workout only took me 15 minutes, I felt like I had worked hard and challenged myself. You will, Iām sure relish the challenge and enjoy visiting your mat with your bar.
The more I work with the Pilates bar, the more I realise how versatile it is, I love it. Enjoy enjoy x x
