For the next 25 minutes we will use the Pilates Bar to add challenge, fun and variety to our standing exercises.
When I had finished filming, I could feel that my core, glutes, triceps, biceps and shoulders had all been fired up π₯π₯
Listen to my verbal cues as we work out together . Rest if and when you need to. Keep reminding yourself about why you chose to do this workout and when the going gets tough. I want you to dig deep and remind yourself of your goals.
