Hi friends, we have made it. This is the final walkthrough of this empty house. It's going on

the market in a few days. The photographer will be here I think Monday and it will be on the market

Tuesday. Today is Wednesday so it's kind of raining this weekend and then there's the

Super Bowl and the TPC which is the golf tournament so there's a lot going on this

weekend. So they decided to put on the market next week and have the first open house next

weekend. I am here in the front so walk through this empty house with me

Okay so I'm here in the entryway. The windows just got cleaned and the carpet and tile has been

cleaned. The things on the wall have been taken down and the guy did his best to fill in the holes

or match the paint. You could see over here the paint's not completely matched but you know what

it is what it is. So that's the dining room and we are leaving up all the shades because I'm sure

when they come here to take pictures they're gonna lift the shades up anyway. So they're usually down

but I'm okay. I'm not really afraid that someone's gonna try to break in. We pretty much know the

neighbors. Look it's so pretty. I mean they used to have the curtains drawn closed all the time

So that was the living room. Then we go down here to this hallway. Maybe you want to go through here

first but that's the garage. I can show that at the end. The laundry room has been done for a while

The guy actually got the stand-up freezer so I'll be doing a video for that when

I do all my food prep for the stand-up freezer. Here's the hallway. I mean this is very generous

closets in this house. Empty, empty. Bathroom. Let's see. Empty. The cleaners are gonna come actually

on Saturday again to do one more quick cleanup of the floors and just do the toilets and the

sinks again because they were here just last. Hasn't been a week and a half. I can't remember

but you know other people have come in. Like I said the carpet cleaner, the window people

the repair people, the handyman. So you know it's been a walk through again and I kind of wiped down

the kitchen island so you just need stuff like that. Just cleaned up a little bit more or you

know freshen up again. So this is the whole living room space and like I said generous cabinets

generous closets, beautiful island. Okay here's the cabinets. You've been seeing this

The pantry is completely empty. So this is going to be a quick walk through. I mean if you want to

and we are keeping the appliances and you know that's up to them to exchange the appliances. So

while people were working here throughout the week I just sat there brought my camp chair and

did my work. Here is the kitchen area. I will go outside later to show the backyard because that's

was great to get all the cabinets out and I will try to insert before and after pictures for this

but here's for the whole house for every area and yeah it's beautiful. So what I've always loved is

their view of the backyard. So that was the this is the primary bedroom. The guy had to stretch the

carpet and you know before as well as clean it. Okay here's the bathroom. Hello. Made some fixes here too

Okay the very generous linen closet. Separate shower and tub. Two sinks, double sinks. Each one has its own medicine cabinet

Okay yeah the shower there. There's the toilet room you know with a door. A lot of Arizona homes

have separate toilet rooms. Okay so here is the primary beautiful walk-in closet. I mean so much

space. It goes all the way up there. So we're just hoping whoever sees this house will appreciate

those things. Of course it's not completely updated. I mean if I had the time and money

probably mainly money because you can always pay people to do this you know stuff which is like

paint. Okay so look see this is good. I did a walk through. He left the paintbrush there

but you can always pay people to paint right and renovate a whole house but we don't have that

I don't want to spend that type of money you know. I think we just put it did the repairs that

we needed to do just to you know get it on the market and I think it's you know the realtor

says it has good bones. So even with the window cleaning yeah like they got into the tracks

I love it. I love what they did. They got a lot of hard water off of the windows. So over here you

can see that it's it's a dual sliding doors and you got this the blinds all still working. Oh let me

stay inside first. Let me show you that later. Okay so now we go to this side of the house. I

always thought like there's four sections to this house. That front area, that room over there

this main area and I kind of include the bedroom you know the kitchen here and then

this side of the house. So here is the den and uh that's the neighbor's house and the built-ins here

which are beautiful. You know when my parents did this house um they built it's a it's one of

those it's a fabricated home but it's one of those where you can do your upgrades right. So they

upgraded all the cabinets and you could tell like when you open and close the cabinets they're great

Okay so this is the second bedroom. So that's the one bedroom at the very end. This is the second

with also a great closet. Okay and then next to the den. So if you had kids your kids could

stay in this side of the house and then they have their bathroom here. Okay but here's the

third bedroom which is bigger pretty big pretty big room and then there's the backyard with the pool

and yeah this this closet is great. I showed this before like you could totally like

I think you could fit a very slim twin bed in here. Okay and let's walk out here

and I'll turn off the lights as I walk through the house. Okay oops

oops oh I'm sorry I forgot about the bathroom. Okay so here is the bathroom that they share

with a double sink, double medicine cabinet on each side. Hello neighbor there's there's curtains

here so that's usually down. Okay tub and shower and the toilet is over here. Doesn't have a door

to it but you know at least it's private and so even the layout of this house I've always

liked it. It's very conducive for a family. You know you walk out here the kitchen's right here

so it's really great for a family. Okay so we got that so now let's go into the backyard

Okay there it's actually a heavy sliding door. It's always been heavy. Okay so over here lots

of space. Look at all this back patio space that you have. Okay should totally put in before pictures

here. The landscaper is going to come again. He was supposed to be here yesterday but it's been

raining so hopefully he'll come here. I just told him listen they're going to take pictures

so he said he would come two days before they take pictures make sure everything's cleaned up again

but I'll put before pictures here because there was a cabinet and the junk removal guy was like

you know what I think it's best you take out the cabinets so it's just gonna look like there's

more space and he was correct completely correct. I love it. So let's go here to the side. My cousin

will be taking that out so hopefully that's out before they take pictures and like I said the

landscape guy I told him I said you have to come back because I mean he was coming back anyway but

I mentioned to him again like the weeds have to be taken out. I mean that's not presentable

at all. I love all the agave plants that my dad had planted and the neighbor will take care of

the garbage tomorrow and they left this open so that's good. I look back here so I'm just gonna

close this up okay but we leave it like that so that the landscaper can come in. Okay and then this is a door that

goes to the three-car garage and they also cleaned the screens you know took off the screens

took off the screens washed the windows washed the screens and he said he even hosed off

kind of the top part here so that if it does rain dirt you know it's the dirt is washed off so it

doesn't make the screens all dirty again which was very nice of him. Okay and then

that's the pool equipment stuff here's a gazebo that my dad had built okay and then

planted all these things and here's the pool and I already told the pool guy too like hey listen

it's going in the market make it clean so it rained last night so it's gonna be like this but

he'll take care of it he's he's been pretty good and then there are these are the steps to the pool

I wish I could show you like a prettier pool but trust me it's pretty cool and this area they did

my parents built this on purpose to be shallow because the kids were all still small the kids

and the cousins cousins and they've had many memories with this pool and there's a little

fountain there so you'll have lots lots of memories family gatherings parties everybody's birthdays

holidays were celebrated here for the last 15 years so uh but you know it's time to move forward

um the we agreed to take out the tree here just so that it would be more grass and he's the

landscaper is going to fill that up and um the next owner will have to deal with the grass and

then this is a calamansi and I'll spell it out here um on the screen but they're the Filipino

lemon and it's not like super sour it's really nice um look at there's so many ready when the

spring comes this is gonna be amazing and we just it just bored so much fruit like we couldn't give

it away enough to all our Filipino friends and the neighbor was good friends with my dad he

will take the calamansi hopefully the next owners will appreciate that and then he has

lemon trees so we let the the lemons would fall here we take his lemon so that's the trade

gardening equipment I think that all completely fits my dad put in all these if you see all the

pavers and the concrete he did all that and prior there was some more sheds here two sheds and a

chicken coop so we had to take that down we did have the air conditioner fixed one of them wasn't

working so that's all good yeah we just got a lot done feel feeling good feeling you know it's time

it's time and he also had someone put this in yeah I don't think he did that himself okay

all right from here we're gonna go to the garage and I apologize if it's not as stable

I thought the gimbal was at my house and it was at my husband's Pilates studio and I just didn't have time to go get it okay sorry to turn off the light

so then this is the three-car garage and I'm leaving the trash because we might use that

and look at all this space and there's a whole attic up there lots of storage lots of storage

there's also a central vac that's the door that goes to the side of the house and
