So what exactly is martial needling
0:07
It's pretty much a collagen induction therapy. It's a very non-invasive treatment using sterile martial needles tucked into the skin
0:15
By making these martial channels into the skin like a martial hole, your body is going to be like
0:19
oh, they've been rather injured. So they're going to rot away. Like ourselves, so we should be using this natural kind of repair of the skin
0:26
The martial needling process can be done professionally or at home. With professional clinics, it's a little bit more invasive in terms of the size of the needle
0:33
And it could require a longer downtime, you can also do it at home. And it could be safely using 0.5 millimeters, which I'm going to discuss today
0:40
The only thing is when you're doing martial needling and you want real results
0:44
you have to be persistent and you also have to reserve those parameters you're asking for
0:48
So this whole video is to prepare you guys. Okay, it's morning now
0:57
Doing it at back home so I'll just have a bit of time to record for you guys
1:01
I've got 12 main tips for martial needling after care to help with your progress
1:05
Number one, make sure you wear sunscreen. Lack of that sunscreen on after martial needling, great at micro tunnels
1:12
is making your skin more sensitive to the sun rays. So just be very, very careful
1:16
The general rule is to wear sunscreen for two weeks straight right after martial needling. I would recommend you guys to wear sunscreen daily
1:22
It has so many benefits. Not only does sunscreen help protect the skin from ultraviolet rays
1:26
but it also helps to prevent the rusting of the acne scars and heart disease in patients
1:31
So when I don't wear sunscreen, my boxed scars especially, they start to widen
1:35
Number two, on the topic of sunscreen, try to keep a physical sunscreen as a chemical sunscreen for the first day during the recovery process
1:43
So the chemical SPS is also UV light and then it converts into heat to the body to the wrist
1:48
So instead of a whole process where your skin can be highly reactive, try a physical sunscreen where it just acts as a barrier between your skin and your skin
1:56
And that way, there's no way the blackhead will stick on top of your skin
2:00
and after a day it can wash off. Tip number three, if you're somebody who has really, really sensitive skin
2:05
and you've gone into the clinic for a matinee ring session, which might be a little bit more invasive because of your longer needles
2:11
they might prescribe you like an antibody cream to apply poppically. That way it prevents your skin from getting an infection because, as I said, it's kind of like an open wound
2:21
If you do use an antibody cream, I highly recommend you to also follow up with a probiotic moisturizer
2:26
or probiotic kind of skincare line. And this really helps reintroduce a good bacteria in your skin's microbiome
2:33
to save your skin from the infections of your dermatitis but also make you fall off with a probiotic
2:37
I think that information is kind of immediately missed out. Not many people know about it because your skin's microbiome needs to be balanced between bacteria
2:47
And not all skin types have bacteria in your skin. It goes back billions and billions of bacteria, viruses, fungi
2:53
But once you use the antibody cream and you've thrown all that bacteria, it creates an imbalance and you want to reintroduce that good bacteria
2:59
So it's an imbalance, it's a damage. Number four, try not to use your fingers to touch your face before and after a matinee ring
3:05
It just, it just demonstrates you're using your fingers and you don't want to transfer that into your open micro channels in your skin
3:12
I see sometimes when I'm stressed, I will stretch my forehead and then I get really dysplastic
3:16
When I do it, I stop constantly. I don't even realize it. But it actually increases your expenses and you're a little more acne, a little more congestion
3:22
a little bit more pampering. Your oil goes onto your skin and you have colds, colds
3:26
It's kind of like a, it's a gimmick but, just realise sometimes you do it without actually knowing
3:31
It comes out of habit so, yeah. Number five, if you do get out of make-up, wait at least eight hours
3:37
So let's say we're using the Bifra and it's 0.5 millilitres. You need an eight hour wait time, recovery time, before you can apply make-up
3:46
Because again, this make-up is not mixing dense ingredients that your skin wants to absorb
3:51
It's something that you just put on top of your layer, not just go into your skin
3:55
If you're in the clinic and they use longer needles, your recovery time might be a lot longer
4:00
You have to ask your oncologist, depending on the length of your needles, how invasive it was
4:05
And also, if you're somebody else who does make-up, please make sure you wash your make-up brushes regularly
4:11
For me, I wash the brushes regularly, after every four weeks, or say once a week or once every two weeks
4:17
And I know for some people they only wash it once a month, but if you have acne-prone skin, you're also looking to be a marketer
4:23
make sure your brushes are clean. It really matters. There are different types of acne that you get
4:28
and you get them like these little tiny closed pores. They're usually because of cosmetics
4:34
You want to avoid like screaming pores, corners, or really difficult activity that stimulates a lot of excessive sweating
4:42
Now, with sweating, your skin will use extra oil as well and it's more prone to causing your pores
4:49
So, usually wait 24 hours to sometimes even 72 hours before you do those activities
4:55
You want to just let your skin heal on its own without putting too much pressure on it
4:59
If you have skin issues, essentially, you might see signs of like redness, like your skin being really flushed, a bit itchy
5:05
And in that way, the itchiness is running even more. And then also using ultraviolet light because it's skin sensitive
5:11
and that just really throws off your skin's microbiome. Number seven is using a vitamin C product
5:16
So, with vitamin C, it really reduces that collagen production, repairs your skin cells
5:21
And the other thing is, if you have very sensitive skin, high concentration of vitamin C is definitely a no-no
5:26
It can be really, really irritating. If you have dull skin, dry skin means you're lacking that oil in your skin
5:32
So, I recommend to banish oil from your skin and it'll be very nice. If you have dehydrated skin, that means you're lacking oil
5:38
So, you want to rehydrate your skin. I highly recommend vitamin C cream
5:42
So, because I have very dehydrated, oily skin, I spray the cream over the oil and that helps work wonders
5:49
It really helps my skin repair itself at a faster rate and it makes me seem super, super plump
5:54
non-irritating whatsoever, so I highly recommend. Okay, number eight is using a gentle, gentle cleanser in kind of warmish water
6:03
You don't want to use that super hot water. A lot of us love the feeling of hot water, especially when it's sour
6:09
but that just ruins the aroma of your skin. So, warm, cool water really helps
6:14
Gentle cleanser is just to cleanse your face. It's not to do anything, like, extra
6:18
You don't have acids in your cleanser. I like to use, like, a gentle, gentle, a little bit of warming cleanser
6:23
That's also good. Next one up and around is using nourishing products
6:27
regular deodorants, moisturizers, oils, right afterwards. So, think about green tea, licorice root, think about hyaluronic acid
6:34
That just pumps up the skin and makes you feel, like, super hot, soft, soft
6:39
And then number ten is, more than I mentioned, is avoid using AHA products
6:44
So, it's for your ingredients, like glycolic acid, mineralic acid. They're great, but make sure you use it before your morning and evening session
6:50
and not afterwards. Your skin is already at the sensitive state where it needs to heal
6:54
and you don't want to, again, stress it out. I have been using these as well
6:58
Tip number eleven is avoid fibrin in your hair. Usually, fibrin compounds keep fibrin
7:05
And sometimes, even though I have been just skin-aching taller a little bit, so, after an acne-ridden session, your skin is so sensitive
7:11
that you should not have any fibrin. It's going to start to irritate your skin, and you're going to blow off the stress there
7:16
So, avoid fibrin. If you can check it in the ingredients list, these are the items I'll list at the bottom
7:21
and you can tell that that's near to sensitive. And some of you guys can tolerate it, but by the general rule
7:26
some of you don't want to use any fibrin. And this is very, very rare
7:30
Okay, the next one is my last tip, and that is to be patient
7:35
When I started my muscle-loosing journey, I wanted to see results straight away
7:39
and then I didn't give myself enough recovery time to muscle-loose again
7:44
So, after your muscle-loosing 0.5 milliliters with the Gyn-Style, you need to break protein down for a week in order to muscle-loose again
7:52
I have people muscle-loose down for a day, then they muscle-loose again every three days
7:56
and that's a little bit too intense for your skin. If you cut your recovery time short, then you muscle-loose again
8:02
It's just causing greater harm to your skin. So, try to wait it out
8:06
And sometimes, again, you can have sensitive skin, so you might have to call an ER
8:10
Instead of a week, you might need to give yourself two weeks, and that allows your skin to go through the journey
8:16
Thank you, Benna. And that's all for today. I hope you guys have a lovely day
8:20
If I've missed any last tips out, please comment down below. Don't forget to subscribe and speak to your surgeon. Bye-bye
8:27
Hey, guys. I totally forgot to introduce you in the weekly test production edit
8:31
and basically, these are my results for using Bennington Medical Oil over three years now
8:35
I absolutely love it. I used to have really puffy smiles on my cheeks
8:39
because I had a severe heavy skin patient, as well. My sister's acne
8:43
After using the Bennington mask and then the Bennington 5010O, and then following after the vitamin C cream
8:48
I was able to repair my skin at a really drastic rate. Now, my boss' scars are still very much there
8:53
and I might need more intensive treatment. So, massaging is a great way to kind of remedy your scars
8:59
and heavy skin patients at home. It's more affordable than professional clinics
9:03
So, yeah, I hope this inspires you, and I hope you find the rest of the video really helpful
9:07
for your office hair and your cheeks. Yeah. Time to welcome you
