1 cup all-purpose flour 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt 5 large eggs 1 cup sugar (divided into ¾ cup and ¼ cup) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ⅓ cup whole milk 12 ounces evaporated milk 9 ounces sweetened condensed milk 2 ⅓ cups heavy whipping cream 2 tablespoons granulated sugar Berries for garnish (optional) Instructions: Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Prepare Eggs: Separate the eggs. In one bowl, beat the egg yolks with ¾ cup sugar until pale yellow. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract. Combine Mixtures: Pour the egg yolk mixture over the flour mixture and stir gently until combined. Beat Egg Whites: In another bowl, beat the egg whites on high speed. Gradually add the remaining ¼ cup sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
