Mango lassi recipe Indian style

Ingredients
1 cup ripe mango pulp (fresh or canned)
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk
2-3 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
Ice cubes (optional)
Saffron strands or chopped pistachios (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
Blend the Ingredients:
In a blender, combine the mango pulp, yogurt, milk, sugar, and ground cardamom.
Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a chilled lassi, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
Adjust Consistency:
If the lassi is too thick, you can add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
Serve:
Pour the mango lassi into glasses.
Garnish with saffron strands or chopped pistachios if desired.
