Ingredients:
1 bunch of kale (roughly chopped)
1 large lemon (peeled and quartered)
1 inch piece of ginger (peeled)
1 large cucumber (cut into long strips)
2 large Granny Smith apples (cored and sliced)
4 celery stalks
Instructions:
Prepare the ingredients: Wash all the produce thoroughly. Peel and chop as needed.
Juice the ingredients: If you have a juicer, feed the ingredients through it one by one. If you’re using a blender, blend all the ingredients with a little water until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.
Serve: Pour the juice into glasses and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and nutritional benefits.
