Ingredients: 4 cups of cubed watermelon 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese 1/4 cup of freshly chopped mint leaves 1/4 cup of thinly sliced red onion 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar Salt and black pepper to taste
