if you fancy a bit of spring in your
0:02
diet this frittata Prima Vera is so easy
0:05
to make with just a handful of
0:07
ingredients and tastes incredible start
0:10
with olive oil on in a frying pan and
0:12
then add a peeled and chopped onion then
0:15
go in with 500 G of asparagus beers just
0:19
chopped into inch long pieces give that
0:22
a little stir and let them soften just a
0:26
little bit then add frozen peas It's
0:29
about 200 g of frozen peas and cook on
0:32
your medium heat just until they're
0:35
defrosted and those are your delicious
0:37
spring flavors in your frying pan now
0:40
crack seven medium eggs into a bowl and
0:43
add salt and pepper and then whisk with
0:46
a fork then you're going to pour this
0:49
over your vegetables in your frying pan
0:52
making sure that the vegetables are all
0:54
covered with the eggy mixture you might
0:56
need an extra egg depending on the size
0:58
of your frying pan but you'll be able to
1:00
judge that when you see how your
1:02
vegetables are covered so you see when I
1:05
try and pull my eggs evenly in to cover
1:07
everything up there is a nice layer and
1:11
none of the vegetables are escaping from
1:14
the mixture now just even out with your
1:17
spoon crumble over plenty of fet this
1:20
was about 100 G and then put this under
1:23
a hot grill for about 10 minutes or so
1:27
until it comes out golden brown and set
1:30
like this now the scary part where you
1:32
can see how nonstick your Pan actually
1:34
is when you ease this rata out onto your
1:37
plate and look at that absolutely
1:40
perfect I like to serve this cut into
1:43
four pieces so it'll serve four people
1:45
with a nice side salad maybe a potato
1:47
salad on the side it's so good you can
1:51
eat this hot or cold too so it's great
1:53
for meal prepping and taking to work
1:56
with you look at that delicious
