Ingredients 3 pounds chicken wings, separated into flats and drumettes 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1 tablespoon olive oil For the sauce: 1 cup cherry preserves 1/4 cup bourbon 2 tablespoons soy sauce
