we actually ordered Nando on delivery to
0:02
the hotel room how was that race wow
0:04
that was hard so we raced here in
0:05
November exactly the same venue same
0:07
course but today just had a different
0:08
feel to it it felt really uh really busy
0:11
out there wasn't it I think potentially
0:13
uh a factor of that is that you bed last
0:15
night yeah maybe yeah you did a very
0:17
very fast Pro doubles race last night I
0:19
was eating biscuits at 2 o' this morning
0:21
you carried us through that definitely
0:22
the runs felt really hard today I felt a
0:24
little bit sluggish but I think we was
0:25
running quick that's why do you think
0:27
yeah actually ordered Nando on delivery
0:30
the hotel room fueling was key it just
0:32
shows how hard this racing is I was
0:33
cramping up on that today I had to run
0:35
across to the electrolyte stand and get
0:36
some electrolyt I was running over I was
0:38
like give me it give me it I need all of
0:39
it what was different I think zo's
0:40
Runnings a lot better I know Zoe's
0:42
running better because I'm feeling I'm
0:44
feeling the stations are a lot harder
0:46
your stations are hot like normally I
0:48
can like push like plow through the
0:50
stations today it felt a little bit
0:51
tougher to do that I just really look
0:53
forward to that little bit of rest I'm
0:54
going to get at the stations I know I
0:56
can run as fast as I can we're running
0:58
around I'm like Zoe you've got some rest
0:59
next FAS in terms of qualifying with
1:01
Danny for the world Champs I'm still
1:03
confident that we're going to do it we
1:04
still got a long time to go um I don't
1:06
necessarily think it'll be a UK race
1:07
where we're going to qualify just
1:08
because the competition is so much
1:10
heavier Zoe's coach has got to put some
1:11
work in if Danny and I are going to
1:14
qualify the thing I need to get quickr
1:16
is my running I think in the short term
1:17
if we really focus on our solo races
1:19
it'll bring it together for the doubles
1:21
definitely
