It is a normal tablet and a smart display in one device. Starting at around 300 Euros it features a full HD resolution, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 octa-core processor, 4GB of RAM and a 64GB internal storage. It ships with Android 9 Pie and a kids mode.
