Windhear Warning and Danger: during an ILS approach RWY 36 at LIML, due the bad weather, an Airbus 320 is approaching the minima at 200 feet, when the windshear warning advice inform the crew about the serious danger coming. Unfortunately, considering the low altitude, and without a strong and fast action, the airplane has losed fastly the altitude, impacting the ground heavily and losing the control.
