This video is for any designer who wants to unchain themselves from a desk and work from anywhere
0:05
This is our list of remote design job sites. Hey guys, it's Dorian from Millo.co where freelancers come to level up their business
0:18
Before we dive into the best remote design job sites, do me a favor and subscribe to
0:23
this channel. We're working really hard to release new videos every week and we'd love your support
0:29
with a like or a subscribe. And remember, we're giving away $1,000 to one of you who comments with a good idea for
0:36
our next video. Okay, designers, this one's for you. Here are 9 sites you can use to get remote design jobs and work from anywhere in the world
0:46
We'll link to each of these in the description of this video. First on the list, Flexjobs
0:51
Flexjobs is a job born on steroids for remote work. Not only do they post some great remote design jobs, but you can filter the jobs in lots
1:00
of cool ways, including 100% remote. From there, filter down to the design categories you care most about and set up alerts via
1:08
email or check back on the site regularly. Next up is Solid Gigs
1:13
Solid Gigs is a super helpful service if you don't have tons of time to research for
1:17
remote design jobs yourself. That's because when you sign up for Solid Gigs, you get a team of gig hunters to help
1:24
you find your next great gig. Just tell them the kind of remote design jobs you're looking for and they go out to find
1:31
gigs that match your preferences. Then they send you those matches to your dashboard and email every weekday
1:37
You can also try Upwork to find remote graphic design jobs. Upwork specializes in freelance jobs and has hundreds of new design jobs almost every week
1:46
You can watch our video on getting jobs through Upwork, which we'll link on the screen and
1:51
in the video description. While these freelance marketplaces sometimes attract low-budget clients, sometimes you
1:57
can find some really great design jobs that you can do from anywhere
2:01
One marketplace that has great opportunities for designers is FreeUp. FreeUp works a bit differently than other sites
2:08
Their goal is to connect clients with the top 1% of freelancers on the market
2:13
That means you will have to apply to be accepted as a designer
2:16
But thanks to this slight twist on the typical marketplace, FreeUp freelancers tend to get
2:21
paid a little higher and work with higher quality clients. You'll also want to take a look at Remote.co
2:28
100% of the jobs posted on this site are location independent. They've also got remote graphic design jobs from pretty big companies and brands
2:37
For example, at the time I researched this list, their design category had fresh new
2:42
remote freelance jobs at Amazon and InVision right in the first page of results
2:47
Next up is the design job board hosted by popular design brand, Dribbble
2:52
It's called Dribbble Jobs. And all you have to do to discover remote graphic design jobs is set the filter location
2:58
to anywhere, and then select whether you want full-time, part-time, or contract position
3:04
Next up on the list is a site founded by a brother-sister team of freelancers
3:08
It's called Virtual Vocation, and their offering is really robust and updated quite regularly
3:14
Which is very helpful when searching for those perfect remote graphic design jobs
3:18
The next site on our list is WeWorkRemotely. And it bills itself as the largest remote work community in the world
3:26
Fair warning, the site is a bit heavy in UX design and product design
3:31
But if you're flexible with your skill set or happen to specialize in those areas already
3:35
it can be a great way to rack up a few extra remote graphic design jobs
3:39
You can also find some great opportunities with Remote OK. Remote OK is a quality destination for finding remote jobs of all kinds, including design jobs
3:49
They also lean a little heavy in startup and tech, featuring jobs for UX designers and
3:54
tech product designers. But if you're into that, definitely give them a look
3:59
You can also try finding remote design jobs on popular freelance marketplaces
4:03
If you like Upwork, which I mentioned earlier, you can also try similar platforms like Fiverr
4:09
Freelance.com, People Per Hour, and lots more. We'll also link to our full video of 50-plus freelance sites in less than 3 minutes to
4:17
give you tons of ideas. And that's all for now. I'd love to hear what sites you're able to find remote design jobs on
4:24
So be sure to leave a comment below. And in your comment, tell us what to cover in our next video
4:29
It'll enter you to win $1,000 if we pick your idea. For now, I'm Dorian with Melo.co
