pinning all the important stuff somewhere here and I'll be looking down because I'm reading from my device. The company is called Cruel Life 8c. It's

really a South African company. They are an agency guys so I'm not sure if they

will be the ones managing the payroll or once they place you the company where

they place you will be the ones paying you. So that I don't know. The recruiter

will explain all of that for you but I said the company is based in South

Africa and they hire for cruise ships. So they say on their website that the most

popular jobs that they hire for second person the person that does cashier work

right. Art associates, some cruise ships do have some art galleries, they have shows

and people purchase things on the cruise so you are in charge of that. Shop

managers, they hire bartenders and all of that and also housekeeping. So they're

always on their hand for people. Requirements to get the job on a cruise

ship. Guys cruise ship jobs are like any other job. You apply for the jobs that

you can do. If you have worked in a restaurant you work in a bar you can

apply for the bartending job. If you've worked in retail you can apply for the

presser, the art whatever. So just look at the job descriptions and see what

suits or what you can motivate for. It really is like working at a hotel right

They've got different roles to make sure that the people that are on the cruise

like the clients, the customers are having a good time and you guys are offering the services. That's basically what cruise life is. Of course there are

those other more complicated jobs you know like being the ship of the captain

whatever. They do have accountants on board. They also have nurses. They've got

doctors. That's more specialized but for now for this particular video I'm

talking about the jobs that I think I also can apply for right. Housekeeping

bartending, waitressing, that sort of thing. Playing with kids right. Now guys

they are saying that the things that you do need requirements right. You need a

valid passport. They do medical checks. You need a seaman book. Seaman book. Okay

I'm a child. Visa and all that but guys the only thing you need at the point of

applying is a valid passport. All of this other stuff you have it because they'll

send you exactly where you need to go. They'll give you information once you

secure a job and you're now processing your papers for you to be able to

experience cruise life ship right. But guys they do write on there that guys you do

not pay for a job on a cruise ship. It's a scam. You don't pay money to them

They're an agency. You know how agencies work right. Agencies get paid by the

cruise ship. The people where they'll be placing you. They pay you so you don't

pay for a job. You will pay money however for processing of your visa, doing

medical checks but you're not paying money to them. You actually go to your

doctor and get this stuff done. Most embassies will have like a official

government prescribed list of medical places you need to go for to get checked

for travel. So you are not paying any particular person. I just thought I

should stress that. Don't pay money for a job in this case or any other case

Current jobs that are available. So I did go and do a rough check. I'm like right

now if I wanted to get a job, cruise life, what sort of jobs are there? They

currently looking for a bartender. They're looking for a cruise industry recruiter. That means you know your HR people. So they do have corporate jobs and

they're also looking for a waiter. I think that I did notice though guys is

that they also have jobs that are just not specifically where you're on the

cruise. They're also partnered with some luxury hotels like the bartending one. We

are looking for some African experience waiters for a luxury hotel in Doha. So

you will be working for hotels inland in Dubai. Doha is in Dubai right? I could be

wrong but it's in the Middle East. This company is legit but guys as usual

always look around to see. Do your research on your own. I don't want you

guys to go work for Middle East and the next thing you're doing expose. Yeah you

know what I'm talking about but just make sure that you're doing your research, you're checking on the internet guys. You can go on their LinkedIn

page and see who's been hired where and they will obviously tell you the name of

the luxury hotel. They didn't tell us yet but when you're being interviewed they will tell you and if the onus is on you to be safe and then you need to check to

see if everything is on the app. I mean the hotel name will be there

Look them up. See what's going on. So then we can just go a little bit of extra. I decided to check to see who their clients. They do have some

companies that they have listed as on their clients. They've got Crystal

Cruises, Sea Cloud, Sea Chefs, Haplang Lloyd Cruises, Main Chef Cruises, Cruising Group, Phoenix Raisin, Tui Cruises, CTI Group. So guys this being

said these are the companies that will pay crew life at sea to place you. So

just want to reiterate how working with an agency works so that you're not caught

up in a point where you find a scam recruiter and she's asking you to pay

money for a job. It does not work that way. Right now if you go on crew lives at

sea, their FAQ, under their about page, they do have a lot of things that they

address right. How to get a job on a cruise ship, how should I pay to get a

job on a cruise ship liner, how long does it take, how do I pass my interview, what

is a C1D visa, why must I do a medical exam, what do I pack, what if

no one collects me at the airport, should I travel with cash and all of that. Can I

smoke, is there a gym, can I visit other ports while I'm on board. So they'll answer

all those questions. If you still have any queries once you get an interview

guys do write down all the questions that you have and I'm sure the recruiter will be able to ask you. Now the fun part, how much can you expect to get paid. Now

they have not written salaries that they offer but from my own personal research

someone who told me, a close friend of mine who has worked on cruise ships, he says

most companies, so guys this is you know, most companies will pay you $1,500

$1,500 is around 28,000 rands a month plus tips. So he says on a bed month in total

including tips would get $2,000. $2,000 is around 38,000 rands a month. I'm not

sure people that work on cruise ship pay tax because why are you paying tax to

You work in no man's land right. So that is something again the recruiter will

explain to you. But guys question, working on a cruise ship is long periods of time

when you are not at home and you get a long break. So you could be on a three

month cruise, three months at sea, a month off. Six months at sea, a month plus days

off. Something like that. So it's just something that I think you guys should

be aware of but if you're getting 40,000 rands a month you can do this like for a

year right. A year bang boom. This is me being hopeful you managed to save at the

minimum the least you make 400,000 rands. That's a lot of money. You could do

whatever, change your life, start that business, do whatever right. But anyway guys

job lead, like I said this is job lead number two. I did talk about the first
