Guide Me, Great Redeemer As I take my pilgrimage walk through this barren land Oh, guide me, my Great Redeemer, the saviour of my soul For I am weak because of the temptations that befall my life Oh, hold me in your mighty hands and breathe upon me You make me feed off the strength that is in your words That my life will bring glory to your Holy name alone.  Open unto me your healing stream that heals all infirmities And let my meditations in your word make me whole again Oh, lead me through this journey to live and glorify You For in You, I have found a friend who is truly trustworthy  One who cares with tender kindness without an iota of doubt  To lead me in the path of righteousness forever and evermore.  Unto You, O Lord, I trust your mighty power in all of its might Wondrous works You have done in ages past and even today
