A family threw their sick dog a quinceañera so she would get to experience it before she passed. Sisters Chabeli and Claudia Montas, from Florida, set upon the idea when they realized their dog Foxy’s health was deteriorating. With their dog nearing its 15th birthday, they decided to put on a quinceañera, complete with cake, dress, tiara and guests.
