Couple Gave Birth To Wrong Baby Due To IVF Mix Up

In 2019, Alexander and Daphna Cardinale, a couple from California, experienced a shocking mix-up after undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF). Months after their daughter was born, they discovered that she was not biologically related to them. The embryo used in the IVF procedure had been mistakenly switched with another couple's embryo at the fertility clinic.
