The biggest goal I could imagine was getting clean.
At 130 pounds, my meth addiction had taken everything.
I used the gym as my primary rehab tool. Not because I wanted to look good. Because I needed to rebuild my identity from the ground up.
Every rep was practice in showing up. Every session was proof I could commit.
That discipline transferred. To relationships. To business. To becoming someone I respect.
