Spaghetti carbonara recipe

Here's a classic spaghetti carbonara recipe:
### Ingredients:
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 ounces pancetta or guanciale, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
### Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the pancetta and cook until it starts to brown, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another minute, until fragrant.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, Pecorino Romano cheese, and black pepper.
