Europe divided by equal GDP. Okay, so there's six regions, and they all have basically the same collective economy size

So the blue is just four countries, Iceland, UK, Ireland, and Denmark

But these four countries are equal in GDP to basically the entirety of Eastern Europe

which is about 20 countries. And I assume it'd probably be pretty similar if it was just the UK

Oh, did not notice Germany. That's not even the entirety of Germany. They've got their biggest GDP on there

Obviously, we've got Netherlands and Belgium and Luxembourg shoved in. But yeah, I think what this map's showing is just how poor Eastern Europe currently is

People's reaction when you start speaking their language. Okay, so in English-speaking countries, if you as a foreigner start speaking English

it is so normalized that people aren't impressed at all. Over in countries like Germany, Sweden, and Norway, the reaction is apparently

They passed a law in Wales to officially ban it starting 2022. A lot of the world, as you can see, you can hit your children if you want

But many neighboring countries have completely banned Russians from accessing their country
