0:00
hey what's going on guys this is
0:01
tybahasakis.com and today i'm going to
0:03
quickly show you how to identify
0:05
the fake jordan 5 stealth now this shoe
0:09
came out on saturday the 27th
0:11
and it cost about 190 and i actually
0:14
didn't know that fakes were out
0:15
until this morning when i was doing my
0:17
routine checkup and i saw that they had
0:19
fakes out so i was like you know what
0:21
an article real quick to show you how to
0:24
i don't have the shoes on hand but this
0:26
was an easy one to do because
0:28
the flaws are so obvious that i i just
0:31
had to like do it for you
0:32
now a lot of time i get a lot of uh
0:34
criticism from people
0:36
because they're saying hey you don't
0:37
have to choose something how can you
0:39
now if you've been doing this for a long
0:40
time you can kind of figure out
0:42
what to look for and i've done a lot of
0:44
fives i've i've done a lot of fun
0:46
different shoes so i kind of know what
0:48
when it comes to these things okay again
0:51
this is not an exhaustive list so i just
0:53
try to help you guys out
0:54
so those are enjoyed go ahead and like
0:57
subscribe and share this content if you
0:59
don't just you know move along and if
1:01
you have any contribution
1:03
it is more than welcome so the first
1:05
thing you want to do is always you want
1:06
to smell the shoe this is our
1:09
you want to make sure you smell the shoe
1:10
because most fakes have that strong
1:13
and good smell and the next thing you
1:15
also also want to do is you want to ask
1:17
for a proof of purchase most people now
1:20
if you buy a shoe from a store you're
1:22
going to have the receipt okay
1:23
don't tell them you don't have a receipt
1:25
because most likely you're gonna have
1:27
to show that what you have is authentic
1:30
these are just like some steps to kind
1:35
being duped now let's look at flaws and
1:38
the flaws that i discovered when i was
1:39
doing this this morning
1:40
okay the first thing you want to look at
1:42
is this if you look at the shoe
1:43
both shoes that i looked at were size
1:47
the authentic is eight and a half and
1:48
the fake is eight and a half so this was
1:51
so i want to do that because i want to
1:52
make sure i'm consistent with the flaws
1:55
now if you look at number one here the
1:58
and the netting area and the i stay is
2:01
much smaller on the authentic pair
2:03
okay if you look at it i'm going to give
2:07
see the gap here smaller on the
2:09
authentic pair than it is on the fake
2:11
number two you see how this is pointing
2:15
netting area the edge is like really
2:18
as opposed to the one on the fake which
2:22
flat and curvy here now number three the
2:26
the stitching is a lot there's a little
2:30
wider gap on the authentic bag and if
2:32
you look at number four here
2:33
the shark on tooth the second set
2:37
extends like if it falls if you draw a
2:39
line there it falls in between the
2:42
look at what happened on the fake pair
2:43
it's outside of it and it's behind it
2:45
okay number five the bottom okay now
2:49
if you look at it you can tell this is
2:52
clear you know it's not too blue one
2:55
here is like bluish purple that blue is
2:57
just too pronounced it's the shade is
3:00
now if you look at the black portion of
3:02
this shark tooth here
3:04
is extends further on the authentic pair
3:06
here there's a sudden
3:08
abrupt gap you can see it just stops
3:11
this is supposed to go all the way up
3:12
here it doesn't do that on the fake pair
3:15
and if you look at the spacing between
3:18
the final overlay and the forefoot
3:21
is smaller on the the fake pair and
3:23
wider on the authentic and if you look
3:25
you get that leather here is it's like
3:27
elevated and it's really rough you can
3:29
kind of see that is like an
3:30
it's like an inch or an inch and a half
3:33
higher here it's kind of like flat it
3:35
seems as if it's like uh uniform
3:39
okay and look at the gap here all right
3:42
so again this is uh this this is just
3:45
then we're going to look at the next set
3:46
of picture the back the back is always
3:48
an area that is screwed up for the most
3:50
if you look again both shoes are size
3:53
eight and a half so they should
3:54
technically have the same features
3:56
but if you look at the authentic the
3:59
legs of the judgment spread wider like
4:02
the split here is much wider on the on
4:04
the authentic and then the spacing
4:06
of the edge and the edge here the
4:08
midsole and the the jumpman surface
4:11
is much smaller on the authentic fake
4:13
you can see the spacing here again these
4:14
are both sides and in half so they
4:16
should technically have the same
4:18
and look at the spacing between the ball
4:20
and this overlay the edge of the overlay
4:23
much smaller on the authentic much wider
4:24
on the fake and if you look at the value
4:26
of the the the fake bear
4:29
jumpman is like sticking out a little
4:30
bit the hand and the fingers are not the
4:33
so this is another one and then now this
4:37
actually you don't even have to go
4:38
through the steps that i went through
4:40
they have totally messed up the style
4:44
like it's supposed to be dd0587 140
4:47
on the authentic and the fake one they
4:48
have a totally different one okay
4:51
upc is not the same i don't know how to
4:54
like i don't know how they did that see
4:58
one nine one nine four nine five three
5:01
eight seven three two five here one nine
5:06
eight seven four seven nine the upc is
5:08
not the same even the production
5:10
you know factory is not the same sc sq
5:13
the production date is totally different
5:15
they just screwed this up big time
5:17
and then the last thing we're going to
5:18
look at is the box the box again
5:21
you messed up the box you can kind of
5:22
see what's going on here
5:24
they have like uh the wrong label on the
5:28
four zero eight eight eight one four
5:31
and on the authentic again is dd0587
5:35
the the print here look at i didn't have
5:38
bold on the authentic look what happened
5:41
this is cops this is not they totally
5:42
screw that up big time
5:44
so these are the things that you want to
5:45
look for okay this is it now if you want
5:47
to buy authentic pairs i will have a
5:49
link for you in the description
5:50

6:04
