Buy It Now click link below https://bit.ly/2UrPSUx The Nike Lebron 7 All star will officially release on February the 7th with a $200 retail price. I didn’t get a chance to see if this number was consistent with the changes in the inflation but I’m confident that the shoe shouldn’t have been priced between $180 and $190. It originally released during the 2010 All Star Game and feature an all blue synthetic upper. Nike has already reintroduced several of the Lebron 7 silhouettes so it was fitting for the brand to bring this iteration back. Today we’ll try to come up with a plausible estimate of the number of pairs that could’ve been made. Let’s take quick count of the stockists allocated.

hey what's going on guys that this is
0:01
star you for my psychics calm and today
0:04
we are talking about seven off star the
0:06
retro edition now I'm not surprised that
0:08
Nike is bringing his back because loo
0:11
while ago I wrote an article because and
0:13
I said the observation was I was
0:16
checking on some third-party
0:17
marketplaces and a lot of the LeBron
0:20
seven were gaining more in value so I
0:21
bet you Nikes probably like scraping
0:24
their data and using it to trying to
0:26
figure out what to bring out so they
0:28
first brought out the red carpet and
0:30
then we had the Christmas edition so
0:32
when this one came out I was surprised
0:34
I'm like I know that was gonna happen so
0:36
it's a good shoe you know it came out in
0:37
2010 originally the same time where
0:40
LeBron James was born with a Miami Heat
0:42
I used to hate that team man I used to
0:45
hate it because I just can't stand it
0:46
but you know it's a good-looking shoes
0:48
back again all blue chlorine blue looks
0:51
like a pool and and and it's building
0:53
some kind of synthetic material a little
0:56
bit of synthetic stuff all over the
0:58
places that kind of prosecute look to it
1:00
it's a good ship where was too heavy you
1:02
can see the visible air unit there it's
1:05
a good looking shoe but for me I felt
1:07
like brawling with him I don't think I
1:09
can you have a 23-hour here swoosh logo
1:12
a lot of details
1:13
LeBron time there The Lion King the lion
1:16
head and all that kind of stuff it's a
1:17
it's a good shoe man it's a good shoe
1:20
and and and I'm excited for for Nike
1:23
bringing his back again now it's not
1:24
cost $200 and the $200 I kind of wanted
1:29
to talk about the inflation based on the
1:31
inflation the she will knock you should
1:33
have cost between 180 and 190 so 200
1:36
hours a little bit over $10 extra and
1:38
Nikes gonna capitalize on that we
1:40
already know I don't think it's coming
1:41
with a special box or anything so $200
1:44
what's kind of stretching it a little
1:45
bit now we're gonna talk about the
1:48
numbers that were made and the first
1:50
thing you want to do is we want to
1:51
figure out what's getting the shoe now
1:53
Nikes already get inside that's a given
1:55
so now we're gonna figure out the local
1:57
stores and the international locations
2:00
so here Ben is getting Jimmy John's
2:02
Extra Butter
2:02
and I think footlocker might be getting
2:05
it but for some reason it wasn't on
2:07
their calendar but I'm sure they will
2:09
get it so I was just I don't want to put
2:11
it in there where they started
2:12
now internationally we have Patmos
2:15
we have aimed we have foot district foot
2:18
patrol PSTN venom and then well gosh now
2:24
so far like I said these are the only
2:25
locations but I must I'm sure that the
2:28
hassle hoops are my my beginning so you
2:30
see now the next thing we're gonna do is
2:32
we're gonna try not set up our
2:34
assumptions right so I'm thinkin Nikes
2:36
gonna get about half of the total
2:38
production and we're gonna give here it
2:40
like one quarter and the other stores
2:43
are gonna get a quarter as well and then
2:45
we're gonna set up our assumptions
2:46
that's like a thousand and one hundred
2:48
and eighty to 1080 to Hebert locations
2:51
so I'm thinking a tenth of those shoe
2:53
stores are gonna get it so about a
2:55
hundred and eight stars that's what I'm
2:56
thinkin
2:57
and we'll also assume that each place is
3:00
getting like 18 pairs and then we're
3:02
also gonna say that our online
3:04
allocation is about one third of the
3:05
inventory the physical locations again
3:07
and then we can run our numbers so when
3:10
I did the numbers you just do 1 over 8
3:12
times 18 sample arithmetic you get in
3:15
1944 divided by 3 you get 648 and then
3:19
you add it together you get 25 92 that's
3:21
just 2600 pair and then everybody else
3:24
I'm adding another 26 cause it's quarter
3:27
and a quarter that's in half that's 2600
3:29
plus 2 times 2 that's 5,200 and Nikes
3:33
gonna get the same thing 5,200 and then
3:35
if you are all this together you get to
3:38
10,000 400 pairs but I stretched it to
3:41
18,000 pairs or 20k I think that that
3:44
might be very possible because I think
3:45
there's some other places that I'm gonna
3:48
get it and we don't know so 20,000 pairs
3:50
is not gonna surprise me so now let's
3:52
think about resale cuz I know some guys
3:55
are gonna try and flip this like this
3:57
this is these are the listing on eBay
3:59
and now one single one of those shoes
4:02
have soles so ebay has no sales records
4:05
for the to 2020 Edition so no sales
4:09
record no sense at all on eBay and I
4:11
check stock X 0 nothing on stock axle
4:15
nobody's buying this thing nobody wants
4:17
it so what I did was I'm like okay my
4:21
hands I don't know what to do so I'm
4:23
thinking this thing is not coveted
4:25
people
4:25
I'm really looking to buy this that's
4:27
why Nike is not gonna make time in Paris
4:29
so here's the thing how can we figure
4:33
out what are these shoes good for resale
4:35
or not it's pretty easy just look at
4:37
what the local on 7 Christmas is doing
4:38
and then you can draw some conclusions
4:40
so when I looked at it this is what I
4:42
came up with this is the LeBron 7
4:44
Christmas
4:45
that's between is 15 15 15 uary and the
4:48
4th of February that's my like a month
4:51
and a half right if you see the prices I
4:54
have tanked they went from 200 to like
4:56
142 and all of its 142 118 these are the
5:00
cumulative like averages that I've
5:02
gotten over the last 30 days and some so
5:06
the shoes not doing that great that's
5:08
fast like resale you're not gonna make
5:10
any money or she's gonna lose money so
5:12
I'm suspecting that some retailers are
5:14
probably sitting there dead inventory
5:16
over there that's also that's always my
5:18
suspicion now so the overall average
5:20
price is 130 right that means I'm
5:24
thinking you can expect the LeBron 7 or
5:26
star to be doing the same thing I don't
5:30
think the values are gonna they gonna go
5:31
high I don't think people are gonna pay
5:33
more than retail are you lucky if you
5:35
sell a shoe for 200 hours so that means
5:37
you're gonna be losing money so I'm sure
5:39
a lot of retailers again I'm gonna try
5:41
to send their inventory there so the
5:43
shoes try gonna lose about 15% or 20% of
5:45
his retail value and star gets at 160 so
5:49
I'm thinking 160 in the next two three
5:51
months you're gonna see that she's going
5:52
for like 160 even less I'm being
5:54
generous with it 160 so my conclusion
5:57
all by the issue for research purposes
6:00
don't do it yourself you're not gonna
6:02
make any money off of it leave the
6:04
people alone leave to leave the shoe
6:05
room for people that want it alright so
6:08
yes do that
6:09
alright anyway that's all I wanted to
6:12
talk about today and I hope this helps
6:14
you guys out again thanks for watching
6:15
and be sure to check out some kicks comm
6:17
