Hey, what's going on, guys
0:01
This is Taiba hasa kicks.com. And this morning, I want to do a comparison between the fake Nike SB, Dunk Row
0:08
on Street Hawker, or Chinese New Year, and The Authentic. Now, I was actually fortunate enough to pick up a pair of the authentics
0:16
It's not for me. That's why you see me wearing gloves right now
0:20
because I picked it off with a friend of mine, and then I wanted to use the opportunity to snatch some pictures
0:27
and I'm going to be showing you how to recognize. the fake from the authentic and this is the receipt just want to make sure you guys know
0:35
a particular from a shop called pure board it's in Maryland this is the left pair
0:43
okay and this is the right this is the right one here now the shoe as you all know was
0:51
inspired by Chinese on dishes you know like Chinese food is like one of the staple of a lot of
0:57
of people here I love Chinese food so I'll go to buffets like almost once a
1:02
month so the she was inspired by that and the bootlegs have been out for a while
1:06
so I wanted I kind of wanted to show you how to recognize them this is the box that he came in came in this box here I'm gonna show you the front of the box
1:13
okay and it comes it with an interesting paper on the paper he says it gives you a
1:21
list of Chinese dishes like Chinese food and all that so you can see it on
1:25
the paper so now we're gonna jump in to how to authenticate it so I'm going to shut my screen and we're going to get to that
1:30
all right let's go to it so basically here's what we're going to do I have the pictures here
1:54
So we're going to go through each of the steps. So now the first thing I want to show you is, let me take my, remove my thing from here
2:02
Now, if you look at this foosh logo here, all right, the fake one is built with some kind of suede, rough suede leather
2:10
You can kind of see the texture of it and the texture of the authentic is completely different
2:14
On the authentic bear, which I'm looking at now, I'm going to show you again
2:19
Okay it built with a different smooth leather It really smooth and the grooves are not the same If you look at my screen the grooves here are not the same as these grooves and The material used on the meat section the underlay here
2:32
It's like much more smoother and the color is different is lighter and when and the fake one is not as light as it is on the authentic. Okay, so that's the first
2:41
set of differences that I've seen I'm gonna give you a closer look at it again. You can see the difference between the switch logo on the authentic and the switch logo on the fake one now let's jump into something else
2:52
the back of it again this is again the back and this is it here you see the emblem on
2:59
it is pretty close to the swish the end of the swush logo again I'm sure the
3:04
swish over here you can see more grooves deeper grooves they are really
3:08
really vivid to the eye you can see them it's easy to see on the authentic you
3:12
don't see the grooves on the fake one you don't see the grooves at all and the emblem
3:16
on the fake one is like a spacing between the emblem and the swoosh logo is much
3:20
wide on the on the fake bed And if you look at the meat soil, if you look at the meat sole, on the fake way it's really rough, it looks like sandpaper
3:28
On the authentic, you won't see that. Okay, it's very smooth. Like, it's smooth
3:32
You can see some of the sandpaper like pattern, but it's not spread out throughout the entire meat sole
3:40
But on the fake one, you can see it's really rough here. Okay? And the authentic is not as rough
3:44
So let's go to the next set of picture. We're going to look at the back
3:48
The back has a lot of things that I want to talk about. Now the cut of the
3:52
Of the this overlay here on the back is much higher on the authentic pair
3:58
I put the square here to show you the differences you can see the difference here right
4:01
The cut is lower on the fake pair and if you look at the bottom the gray color is not the same
4:07
But I'm not too concerned about the color because lighting can change it but the most important is the cracks
4:11
Now if you look at the cracks on the authentic pair they are much wider and on the fake pair they are more like narrow. They are really narrow
4:18
Okay, I'm gonna show you the back the cracks are like much wider on the fake on the authentic pair sorry on the authentic
4:25
pair the cracks are much wider okay if you look at the color the letter again
4:29
is much higher on the authentic if you look at this emblem here I don't know what
4:34
it means but it's much smaller on the fake pair and the the pattern itself like the
4:39
stitching is not the same if you look at this portion of it it's not the same on the authentic okay let's go to the next one again we're gonna look at it back
4:46
more stuff on the back that I want to show you now this is This is on the other pad Again if you see this is the art appell I holding Okay look at the cut of the leather here See much high on the authentic and much lower on the fake pair
5:01
And again, this portion here, the tab, this area. The leather here is smooth
5:07
You have some wrinkles, but it doesn't have this cracks that you see on the fake wear. Look at the cracks on the fake pair
5:11
Like, it's all over here. Like, those cracks are pretty visible. On the authentic, it's like, it's not, you can see the wrinkles
5:19
but they are embedded inside on the back tab so you don't see it's not as look at
5:25
the lines here the lines are like you can see them like cracks okay I don't have to
5:29
talk too much about you can kind of see it and the emblem again is much smaller it's not adjacent to the edge of the liner again again this look at the
5:37
wide it is here the cut is higher on the authentic much low on the fake and the color
5:41
and the cracks again look at the cracks on the bottom the cracks are much wider and
5:46
the color is much different you can kind of see that okay look at the cracks on the
5:52
fake bear now let's jump to something else again the back there's more much on the
5:57
back that I want to show you again if you look at the meat sole look at the midsoul
6:01
or the fake bear it's very rough on the authentic you see it's like it's not as rough
6:06
as it is on the fake one it's smooth you can kind of see the little sandy part but
6:11
it's like smooth okay look at a picture on the on the screen see this is rough
6:16
here and the cracks again are much are narrow on the fake pair as opposed to the one on the
6:21
authentic all right and then let's look at some more stuff here we're going to look at the tongue
6:26
now this is on the authentic this is the left pair look at the tongue here okay you see the the
6:32
nike sb logo on there you see that logo okay it's almost adjacent to the edge of the midst
6:40
of the tongue see it is it's placed like much higher here the way it's written itself it doesn't
6:46
it like the swoosh logo is all like crooked the SB everything is just crooked you
6:50
can't even read the dunk low pro you can't even read it so it's almost illegible
6:54
you see that okay and the mesh material use here it's not the same as the mesh material
6:59
on the fake bed and then we're gonna look at something else the other tongue if you look here
7:05
okay you can see look at the differences i'm gonna show you i'm gonna pick it up and i'm gonna
7:09
show it to you again i don't know if i should do it here just look at my screen all right
7:14
If you look at my screen here all right the Dunklow Pro is much smaller on the fake pair and the swoosh logo the Nike the writing everything is just different The Nike here is almost like just saying again to the edge of the tongue and the mesh material is not the same
7:29
It looks almost like a cage and the authentic and is round on the fake pair. I don't even know what they have that the pattern is that same
7:36
And then we're gonna look at the box We've looked at pretty much everything the box and a lot of differences on the box like they have the wrong
7:44
name of the series Nike Nike Nike ESP, dunk, low, CNY on the fake box
7:49
On the authentic, it says low Pro QS, quick strike. And then metallic copper, and then that's all it is for the color code
7:57
And the fakeware, it says metallic copper, light silver, Pueblo, whatever. They have a lot more on the fakeware
8:03
They don't have the tariff sticker, which isn't a big deal. But they don't have it
8:07
It's worth mentioning. And then the last thing I want to show you is this here
8:13
The set of added laces, they are like tan and green. and the fake pair has the white laces so this is pretty much most of the important
8:22
portion of the shoe okay again once again this is it here okay and if you want to buy
8:26
this I'll have a link for you in the description make sure you check that out all
8:30
right again thanks for watching and there's a lot more stuff that I wanted to I did
8:35
on last week which I'm gonna show you in a second let's go to my website there's a lot
8:41
more things that I worked on a couple of like different things that you may
8:46
want to check on the website I have a lot more I don't know where it's taking too long to
8:50
open let's see if you can get to that there's a lot a lot of things that I work on
8:54
this is a streetwalker I did the fake Air Jordan 1 University Blue I worked on the UA
9:01
on the the Rear versus fake Air Jordan 13 um starfish and a couple of other one
9:07
the Sophie Room 1 and I just want to let you guys know the fake industry has kind of
9:13
been a little in trouble right now as far as like Nike has cracked I've been cracking down a lot of
9:18
these websites so a lot of shoes that are coming out lately like the Jordan 5 the car mine I haven't
9:25
seen fix or the car mine the new edition yet I haven't seen those yet so this is almost like it's coming
9:31
man so you just got to be careful out there you know they're struggling but I'm sure they're
9:35
going to find a way to circumvent that and I'm going to keep trying to give you on better things again
9:39
