Tagliatelle with Mushroom Cream Sauce 🌹
Ingredients:
12 ounces (340g) tagliatelle pasta
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound (450g) mixed mushrooms (such as cremini, shiitake, or button), sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup dry white wine (optional)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:
Cook the tagliatelle pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
