Hi guys, so in this video I'm going to be showing you eight different mug cake recipes using a variation of the soy protein isolates and the vegan blend that my protein, if you haven't guessed already, have to offer

I'm excited to share it with you guys, so let's get straight into it. So I just wanted to run you through the ingredients that are going to be similar throughout all of the recipes

which consists of 50 grams of a flour. It can be spelt flour, it can be self-raising, it can be plain flour, gluten-free or oat flour
