Ingredients π±π₯
1 pound ground beef (80% lean) π₯©
Salt and pepper, to taste π§
12 slider buns π
6 slices cheddar cheese, cut into quarters π§
Lettuce leaves, tomato slices, pickles, or other toppings of your choice π₯¬π

Ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, or other condiments π

Prepare the Beef Patties π₯©π§
Divide the ground beef into 12 equal portions (about 2 tablespoons each) and shape them into small patties. Season both sides of each patty with salt and pepper.
Cook the Patties π₯π
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, add a quarter slice of cheddar cheese to each patty to melt.
Toast the Slider Buns ππ₯
While the patties are cooking, split the slider buns and lightly toast them in the skillet or grill pan until golden brown. Remove from heat.
