Garlic and Lemon Sautéed Green Beans Ingredients: 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced Zest of 1 lemon Juice of 1/2 lemon Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional) 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional) Instructions: Prepare the Green Beans: Wash the green beans thoroughly and trim the ends.
