1 lb chicken tenders
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cooking spray
Instructions:
