In today's GB News Daily Reflection, we examine how being hungry for something can be a good thing."We use the expression they were so hungry for knowledge, they were hungry for acceptance or hungry to do something right. In the Bible there's a bit called the Beatitudes. It's one of Jesus's sermons and blessings. "In Matthew five, Jesus said, blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled. To be righteous means to look, to do what is right, what is good for Jesus. This means to go God's way.And when I'm hungry, when I'm hungry for food, well, I can be a real grump. But I hope, I hope I can be hungry for righteousness, hungry for good."
