Russia Launches Fully Automated 6th-Class PCB Factory | 50-Micron Precision

Feb 1, 2026
Russia has taken a major step toward technological independence with the launch of a fully automated production line for high-density multilayer printed circuit boards. On January 30, 2026, the Technotech enterprise commissioned a unique dual-row chemical-electroplating line operating inside a fully enclosed system, capable of producing sixth-class accuracy PCBs with trace widths as small as 50 microns. This new facility operates without direct human involvement, dramatically reducing errors while nearly doubling production capacity. For the first time in Russia, complex sixth-class multilayer boards will be manufactured serially for civilian, industrial, and dual-use applications. The project was developed with state support and in cooperation with Russian engineering firm Novator, highlighting a broader push for import substitution in critical electronics. In this video, we break down how the technology works, why sixth-class accuracy matters, and what this breakthrough means for Russia’s electronics industry, telecommunications, computing hardware, and long-term technological sovereignty. #RussiaTech #ElectronicsManufacturing #PrintedCircuitBoards #PCB #Microelectronics #Automation #TechSovereignty #ImportSubstitution #Semiconductors #IndustrialTechnology #AdvancedManufacturing Be a Member for exclusive privileges - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCviEFTf1xIPKsjmyF_zvFug/join Twitter : https://x.com/AltitudeAddicts Website: https://www.altitudeaddicts.com
