How To Set Up The Coming Soon Page in Shopify (2024) tutorial for beginners

What is up everybody, and for this new video I'm going to be showing you how we can add the coming soon page into our Shopify store

So in order to get started guys, what you want to do is to have your Shopify store. I'm going to leave you a link down below in the description if you don't have a Shopify store

So once you do have created your store here, it says online store, let's say that we haven't created anything yet, so what you want to do is to get into customize

Not before by going into the themes library and looking out for a theme store where you can find a specific page or a specific template

So you can get started here into Shopify. In my case, I'm using the one that says a Don and you might be seeing that into the free versions

So I hit it in here into Don and then I want to go into the customize. So here to customize, I want to go into the X mark and here what you can do is to actually start to customize your own pages

So what you want to do is to start by going back into the exit mode. I want to go into pages. Let's say for example that I want to add a specific page

I'm going to hit into add page. I'm going to hit into, let's say for example, new arrivals of the 2023 and here into the content. I'm going to type coming soon like this

So on the online store, I want to go into the theme template, the filed one and hit into safe. There we go

So with that being said, the actual page has now been created and here as you can see, you have the coming soon section. So what I want to do is to use these new page where I want to add this first of all in here

So I'm going to hit into the backside. I'm going to hit into navigation and here's the navigation here into the add menu. Here's the main menu like this and here I'm going to add the actual page that we just added

So in here I'm going to add, let's say for example, the one that was into the new arrivals, new arrivals here into safe menu. There we go. The menu does not have any items

So I'm going to hit the new arrivals. Of course, you want to make sure that the main, the new arrivals is into the main menu. So here it is. I'm going to hit into the safe menu

Now let's go back into our customizable stuff from our store here. It should be appearing the actual new arrivals. I'm going to click into this page on here. What I want to do is to change this

We care like this and I'm going to type coming soon. And here I'm going to tap something else. Like for example, we are going to be back something like that. So after that, you are now good to go hit into safe and you can preview your actual website and see if this one actually works for you

So with that being said, guys, this is how we can import. We can create new arrivals. So as you can see, here's new arrivals here coming soon.
