Hey guys, welcome into this new video. In today's tutorial I'm going to

show you what I did to delete my account on gate.io. So what I did was actually trying

to find a way that I can delete my account really quick. As you can

see I was in here of gate.io and then I went in

here on my profile. I went into security verification. I went into the settings

but I couldn't find the option to delete my account. So this is a new account that I have on gate.io

but the old one was already been deleted. So what I did to proceed with this specific situation

is that I sent an email specifically to the support of gate.io. So I went into this blog

and it says open the mail address you used to register for the website

In this case I used a email. So then I sent an email to the support

at mail.gate.io. How do we know that this is a very legit mail? Well you can see it around in here

with the gate.io that this is actually the email that they are using so we can contact them directly. So

that's exactly what I just did. And I told them request to delete

my gate.io account. That would be the exact subject type that you want to send to gate.io. And then what we

want to do is to put this information. We have to input our user ID, our email address and

the reason, the genuine reason why we want to cancel your account

in my case is because I have two accounts and I couldn't make the verification process

so I needed to delete one of those in order to continue using the other

one. So it says in here they are going to be responding us within the next

30 days of hearing back of this specific guys. But if I can be honest with you, it took from around 2 weeks

to resolve my problem and to help me to delete my account

so I can go ahead and verify my other one. So they don't took too long to delete our account. So there you have it guys
