Today we'll be diving into the super useful feature of Gmail, creating email templates

Whether you are managing business communications or just looking to streamline your daily emails

learning how to create and use templates in Gmail can save you lots of time

So to get started here, Gmail template feature, formerly known as the canned responses allows

you to create and save multiple email templates for any kind of situation

This is totally perfect for responses you find yourself typing repeatedly. So I don't need to go here, into to, subject, description and hit now to send

Now what I can do is to insert more stuff by enabling the templates into Gmail settings

So first of all, how can we enable this? Click into setting gear icon into your Gmail inbox

Then let's click into the advanced type. So now that we find the advanced section, here in the templates, let's go and select

the option that says enabled and hit now into save changes. Now let's create our very first template

And to do that, let's go into click and composed. Now here into composed to start a new email, type out the email you wanted to save as a template

For example, here into subject, usually let's go and say welcome. Because what I want to do is to welcome a lot of people in here

Now once you have composed your email, click into the three dots that appears down here

And then let's go into the template section. And I'm going to go into save draft as a template

Save as a new template. So let's say this one is called welcome

There we go. I'm going to hit into save. You can give your template a name that you'll easily remember

Now to use a saved template, you can start by composing a new email

So I'm going to click into the X mark. I'm going to go into compose

And here once again, let's focus into the three dots again. So we can find the template section and go and choose welcome email

Automatically, the template should be just clicking the thing you wanted to see

So the email body is now been ready. Now need to make more changes

No problem. And so the template you make your edits. And you can save this again as a new template

For example, let's say that I don't want to see this anymore. So I delete all of this three dots here into templates

Let's go into save draft as a template. And here I wanted to overwrite this template into the welcome email

I'm going to hit now into save. Keeping your templates updated will ensure they're always ready for quick use

Now a few tips for using an actual email template effectively. You can personalize a template for the recipient

Keep your templates up to date and organize them by category for ease of use

Remember the templates are to save your time, but personalization is the key to effective communication

You are notified a new template, template that you can download totally for free

Let's try out cloudHQ. If you go into cloudHQ and hit into add it into your browser, if you double click and

reload your page, you can see now there's going to appear in here the cloudHQ section

Here you can find email templates that you can browse totally for free

And here are my browse templates. Of course I wanted to look out for free templates

So here what I want to do is to try to look out for the one that, let's say, resonates

with my customers. I can go into technology for example, or videos, whatever

And here you can see that I have Christmas holiday sent to text sale. I'm going to go into Christmas for example

I hit into the dot edit. So here you have it guys
