How to send your bulk emails into MailChimp in this step by step tutorial

tutorial how we can create an account into MailChimp, how we can set up

our account in a very easy way and lastly how we can make some

bulk emails so we can send this into more than just one email

and sometimes, and maybe we can check it out a few tips and

stuff for the actual MailChimp. So the very first thing you want to do is to go

into the link that I will leave you down below in the description so you can get started with a very

easy and free account. So it's going to be asking to add an email as well as a username and then it's going to be

asking to create a passcode. So after you import that you want to don't receive

emails if you want to enable this and hit into sign up

Lastly we just need to verify our email and once you verify your email

with a code you want to go back into the login of MailChimp

So as you can see creating an account it was really easy. Now let's

set up our account. What I want to do is to look out for the free version

and go for continue free. As you can see here all the stuff

that we have totally for free. So I'm going to go and look out for continue

totally for free and let's go to add our first, our last name

our business email and a phone number if you wanted to add that

After that hit into next and then let's try to import a few

questions. So for example let's say that I wanted to add the address. Here I'm going to hit into next. Now it's going to be asking what's

your top goal for the MailChimp. Let's look out for send email to people

Go for next. What do you want to explore first? Let's go for

email in order to get started today. Hit into next once again

and this is actually not that required but you can go into not yet. Hit into next and of course

I want to look out for we are not currently selling. Hit into next

So as you can see now my account has been set up correctly. So

how can we get started to add some bulk emails? The first thing we want

to do is to add a few context in order for making some

bulk. So whether you want to use Google Sheets or a lot of

other places, what I can totally suggest you is to first of all locate your MailChimp

and here you want to go into your home section, look out for add your context

and import context. So I'm going to open a new tab let's go for Google Sheets and here you want to look out for the

docs here. So as you can see there's three ways that we can start

to add context. There's the import from another service, there's upload a file, there's copy and paste. If you have already used

something related into MailChimp you can select this option and go into

continue or you can upload a file like this both of them

or what you can do is to go into the copy and paste and hit into continue

Now if you have the, let's say for example you have Google Sheets

you need to have your email address, the first, last name and same address

If you have this written down into a notebook or into your iPad or

into your phone, wherever you want it to, I can just paste that

here manually. So I need to add the elements for example email address

first, last name and address. So I'm going to go for email address

let's go for the first name, we have the last name here and lastly we have the address here. So

once I filled all of my context here, I want to copy this

once and paste that in here so I can continue to organize

Now here it says select a status, you want to choose whether they are subscribed

unsubscribed, non-subscribed or cleaned. I can strongly suggest if this is like your first

bulk of email, go for non-subscribed and hit into continue to tag. And lastly I just need to match the column label to my

contact information. So for example just to make sure that the email address

is added here, so it's not recognized, I'm going to go and

go here to finalize my import, just to make sure that everything is

set up. I can go into complete my import and now I have my bulk

of context so I can start to make some email bulk. So let's go to view context first in order to

get started. And here into my actual section of my audience, here we have our email already been created

As you can see here it is. So now what I want to do is to go into the upper side where it says

create. And here I have email and here I can choose regular, I can choose an automation or plain text

I can choose designed email in this site. And now what I wanted to do is to either start from scratch or

to use a template that I already created here. So let's go with

choose an email builder. So I can choose select a new builder or the classic

one. Let's go and focus into the new builder, which is actually this one

And now it's going to be asking to start from scratch or to use a template

I can totally suggest to use a template since it's a little bit more easier to

So let's go for, let's say this is a survey, a gallery, simple text

minimal, natural. Let's go for natural. Hit into apply and hit into got it. Now I am into the build section where I can

start to edit all the content that are appearing in here. And in the

left part here are all my actual blocks that I can add if I think that there is

something missing. For example, here, let's say that I don't want to add this image, so

I can click this one and hit into delete. Add your logo, I can click this one

and I can set my own logo. So I can just go into

my downloads and I can import my own logo. Let's say that this is this one. Go into import and my

logo is going to be set up in here into MailChimp, so the next time I create

a template, it's going to be appearing my logo in here. So now I have the alignment

linked to and I can add a link where I want people to

get started with. And here I have the alt text of the logo

and the color background. Here I have color background, if you want to add a color background of

your logo, let's say for example this black color, let's go into done, and we have now the padding. I am going to leave it like that

hit into done, and then I can start to design more stuff. So I am going to just

leave it like that. Lastly, I could go and go into saves

let's say that this is all the elements that I wanted to see into my actual

template. I am going to go into saved and exit, and here I am

going to go into set as this file builder, here is my

email editor of course, and there we go. So now that I have

created my email, I wanted to import this one, which is the two edit receipments, and I can

add the bulk of all the persons that I have just added. So it says

audience, I have full subscribed context, all subscribed in audience, let's go for different text for customers, members, and much more

I am going to hit into saved, from, this is the saved person

the subject, add form, sept, and the subject needs to be authenticated, so I need to authenticate this one, and then lastly

I need to add description, as well as the domain, and I do have

everything now connected automatically. So what I want to do now is to go into create version, and there we go, this is how it's going to

be looking, our actual website, if you click in here, just make sure that your now

bulked email is now added. So with that being said guys, this is how

we can start bulked emails inside MailChimp, you just want to make sure

that you're using an active account in order to send this email

and since we are using a free version, we are only up to

500 context, so you just want to take that in mind. With that
