How To Buy Crypto On CoinGecko (Step by Step)

Hey everybody, welcome to this new video. So if you want to buy cryptocurrencies, if

you want to buy any assets or any cryptos using CoinGecko, there's one thing guys that

you need to understand. So CoinGecko is not a decentralized exchange of cryptocurrencies

So actually this is like a bible, so you can see all the information, all the latest stat

of all the tokens. So if you want to buy a specific token, you need to have an exchange

where you can make trades. So in this case, CoinGecko is not going to be helping us a

lot. It's going to be helping us just to give us the information that you want to have

In this case, I'm into CoinGecko and what I wanted to select a token that might be losing

a little bit of stride here. So let's say I want to buy the Shiba Inu token. So if I

select Shiba Inu token, here you can see that the rank is on the most 12 tokens bought

at the moment. So I'm going to see that there's the market cap, the 24 trading volume. Here

is all the information. Here is information about the contract, the website, the explorers

the community. And if I scroll down a little bit, I'm going to see all the price chart

here. There's been three years. I can do that for one year. I can put another year

And if I'm not really sure if I want to buy this, I can select another token. And after

that, after I have all the information I wanted to, now I can go into favorite exchange of

cryptocurrencies and I can buy it. So maybe in this DIA token, I can go back into my Coinbase

wallet. I can go back into my Coinbase application and then I can select the Shiba Inu and I

can buy tokens. I can buy the token that I just checked into the CoinGecko. And after

you make a purchase here into your account, you're going to see that in your assets is

going to be available all your tokens right in here. Once again, guys, if you want to

buy tokens, you need to have a exchange account here of the cryptocurrencies, but you can't

do that into Gecko because the website it's not because this is not the main purpose
