Vancouver ramming attack suspect charged; 11 dead

Police in Vancouver have ruled out terrorism as a potential motive after 11 people were killed by a driver who plowed through a crowd at a Filipino festival

Lowe was charged with eight counts of second-degree murder so far in a video appearance before a judge

That all happened yesterday. He has yet to enter a plea, though. Police allege Lowe killed 11 people

including a five-year-old, when he rammed a black Audi SUV through a massive crowd at the

Tens of thousands of people were in attendance. The event took place on school property in a
