Xbox’s CEO on layoffs: “We spread ourselves too thin”

Xbox is laying off roughly 3,200 employees and spinning off four of its studio, the largest restructuring in the Microsoft-owned company's history. Fortune technology correspondent Sebastian Herrera spoke with CEO Asha Sharma about the cuts, and how Xbox plans to turn itself around.
