Here is a delicious Bulgogi Sauce recipe that's perfect for marinating beef or as a flavorful condiment. In a bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of rice wine or mirin, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. Add 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Whisk all ingredients until the sugar is dissolved and the sauce is well combined. Use this sauce to marinate 1 pound of thinly sliced beef for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for a richer flavor. It can also be used as a basting sauce while grilling or as a dipping sauce.
