US cost of living remains high one year after Trump's election

One year ago today, Donald Trump was inaugurated president of the United States for a second time. In the months prior, one of his campaign promises had been to "make America affordable again". But from housing to food to childcare, the cost of living remains stubbornly high, with millions of Americans saying the math simply no longer works.
