Thousands of protests hit Madagascar despite government's dismissal

Thousands of protesters marched in fresh street demonstrations in Madagascar on Tuesday and police fired tear gas and rubber bullets, despite President Andry Rajoelina sacking his government in a bid to quell days of deadly unrest.
