Battling cancer made Vendee Globe win 'more complicated', says skipper Dalin

French skipper Charlie Dalin, whose book "The Power of Destiny" ("La Force du Destin") was published on Thursday, revealed that he was suffering from a rare form of gastrointestinal cancer as he steered his boat Macif to victory in a record 64 days.
