Ingredients
1 ½ cups dried chickpeas (or 1 can, drained and dried)
½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
½ small onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp all-purpose flour (or chickpea flour)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1-2 tbsp water (if needed)
