How to Change the Mode on the Canon EOS R6 [Super Simple Tutorial]

0:00
hey what's up YouTube this is Mike from
0:01
Filter grade and today I'm going to be
0:03
showing you how to change the modes on
0:05
the Canon EOS R6 so we're going to turn
0:08
it on now and then we'll change the mode
0:11
so okay so now the camera's on and as
0:14
you can see from the top left right here
0:16
we're in manual mode now we're going to
0:18
change it and the next one on yeah go
0:21
ahead the next one on the list is
0:22
Aperture priority that's the AV and
0:26
every time you change it you're going to
0:27
see it in the top left corner when
0:29
you're in live mode
0:30
and so apture priority means that the
0:32
aperture is going to be prioritized for
0:34
the settings the next one on the list is
0:36
TV this just means shutter priority
0:39
which means the shutter speed is the
0:41
priority next after that we have P which
0:44
is for program and you could just
0:46
program it to do different settings and
0:49
then after that we have FV which is
0:51
flexible priority uh this is specific to
0:53
cannons and it just allows you to do a
0:56
combination of the different exposures
0:59
and set them
1:00
after that we have an interesting one
1:01
called fully automatic shooting which is
1:04
A+ you can see in the top left there
1:07
this one is prioritizing a subject or a
1:09
person and then after that the next one
1:12
is just for video or filming mode and
1:14
you'll see the video camera the next
1:16
three we're just going to skip by
1:18
they're just different presets and then
1:19
the last one is B which stands for bulb
1:23
and this is used for long
1:24
exposures and so that's it that's how to
1:26
change all your camera modes on the
1:28
Canon EOS R6
